The Rangers broke the game open in the fifth. Burger singled home Josh Jung, Alejandro Osuna drove in two more, and Elias Díaz doubled in two runs to make it 6-0.

Toronto answered in the bottom of the fifth when Yohendrick Piñango hit a two-run homer with Ernie Clement aboard.

Corey Seager added a solo homer in the sixth before Toronto got two back on Alejandro Kirk's solo homer and Andrés Giménez's RBI single.

Peyton Gray earned the win out of the bullpen. Tyler Alexander closed it out for his third save.
